
Okay so you've come to the advanced workouts. Good for you, now suck it up and do them. I have attempted to write workouts that are adaptable to most workout arenas. I personlly use Kettle Bells and train outside on a field a lot. I strongly encourage you to get outside! As well, I strongly encourage you to look into Kettle Bells, they are a far superior training tool. See the Resources page for references to good videos and go get yourself an education. Now go workout!
NOTE: All workouts should be done after a proper warm-up.
