ADVANCED STRENGTH WORKOUT: Heavy

10 Step-Ups on 18" box; 5 per leg
5 OH Squat; one arm holding weight overhead
5 TGU

5 times through with enough rest to finish all reps with perfect form.

Notes: These movements should be done with heavy loads; however, form cannot be sacrificed. Quality over Quantity!
