TGU: Turkish Get-up
The Turkish Get Up is a movement everyone should master. In itself it is a skill and a brillant workout. To do this properly you have to have excellent, strength, balance, and flexibility.
20 TGU, 10 per side
20 Plank Row, 10 per arm
4 times through for time.
