ADVANCED STRENGTH WORKOUT: Power Push
Power Push-up

10 Power Push-ups
20 Box Jumps 18" or higher

5 times through for time.

Notes: a Power Push-up is a push-up done usually on the knees, from the lowest point in the ROM. With chest almost at the floor, push explosively enough to end up fully upright then fall forward catching yourself, lower chest to the ground, repeat. During the "push", keep good body position, i.e. do not throw your butt back for assistance.

Step ups should be done with KB in front rack; or DB's in hands.
