ADVANCED POWER ENDURANCE WORKOUT: The Snatch
The Snatch Test

Short but fun:
10:00 minutes KB Snatches, you could substitute a dumbbell if you don't have access to KB's. See if you can finish without stopping.

Note: You will be doing the KB Snatch from the ground switching arms each time.  See exercise descriptions if you are unsure of what a snatch is. I would also higly recommend investing in a KB training video or coaching help on technique.

The Snatch is a movement that should be perfected, whether with KB's or the Olympic Bar, it is worthy of perfection. Practice, Practice, Practice
