NOTE: All workouts should be done after a proper warm-up.

ADVANCED ENDURANCE WORKOUT: Carry
Carry: yep you guessed it - you get to carry things.

Farmers Carry 100m or 2:00min
Jumping Lunges for 2:00min
Rock Carry 100m or 2:00min
Step-ups on 18" box for 2:00min
Handstand for time goal 2:00min

3 times through.

Notes: Farmers Carry should be heavy i.e. you should be close to droping weights on toes, jumping lunges can be body weight only but you should really try to add some weight, rock carry is as heavy as you can maange and not loose form, step-ups - yep you guessed it add weight, handstands you may fall over before 2:00, go as long as you can.
