ADVANCED ENDURANCE WORKOUT: Could've gone harder
"Could've gone harder" is NOT what you should be saying to yourself when you are done. If it is then you have to try again another day!

Two tests:
#1   Stepmill: how many floors can you complete in 30 mins.

Note: My PR 209, that's equal to 2090 feet; I've seen 226 - Bart Bowen.

#2    Row 5000m for time.

Note: 20 minutes is a good goal, sub 20 is great. People even do indoor competitions.
