ADVANCED ENDURANCE WORKOUT: CPB
CPB - Crazy Psycho B****, was uttered, by my "friend" not so under his breath during this one! Note: The original workout featured 150 squats with 1/3 BW + 800m run; the creator of that little gem was "my friend" Mark, who really was throwing down the gauntlet, to see if I'd play. I did, I couldn't walk well for days, neither could he.

100 Squats with 1/3 Body Weight on your back - use an Olympic bar
Run 800m as fast as you can
Three times through for time!

Notes: do your best to NOT rack the bar until 100 is completed; for the run a treadmill works nicely, yes that is .5 mile.
